Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 t. baking powder
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 7/8 cups milk
- 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk and butter. Combine two mixtures together. Add additional milk if batter is too thick.

Bake on greased griddle at 325 degrees.
