Ham Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ham, cubed
  • 1 8-oz. can mushrooms
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 10 T. butter or margerine, melted

Directions

  1. Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Layer bread, cheese, ham and mushrooms in pan.

  2. Beat eggs, milk, worcestershire sauce and salt together; pour over layers in pan. Pour melted butter over top. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
