Ingredients
- 2 eggs yolks
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions

Preheat waffle maker. Put all ingredients except eggs white in a large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed until moistened. Increase to medium, mix until smooth.

By hand, gently fold in egg whites. Pour 1/2 cup over center of grids. Bake about 2 minutes.
