Ingredients

• 2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
• 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 12/ cup powdered sugar
• 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
• 2 8-oz. containers whipped topping
• 2 3 1/2-oz. boxes instant chocolate pudding
• 3 cups milk

Directions

1. Combine oreos, granulated sugar and melted margarine. Press into bottom of 9×13 pan to form crust.

2. Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 container whipped topping. Spread over crust. Mix together pudding mix and milk. Pour over first layers. Top with remaining container of whipped topping.

3. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top for a pretty finish.
