Mann’s Sizzlin’ Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 t. stir fry sauce
  • 1 1/2 t. cornstarch
  • 1 T. honey
  • 1 1/2 t. soy sauce
  • 1 t. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2 T. chicken broth
  • 1 T. oil
  • 1 bag stir fry vegetables (California style) or chopped vegetables of your choice
  • Sautéed, sliced chicken, beef or pork

Directions

  1. Combine first 7ingredients in a bowl; whisk to blend; set aside.

  2. Heat 1 T. oil in a stir fry pan or wok over medium high heat. Add vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute. Add 2 T. broth and stir fry for 4 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add broth mixture. Add sautéed meat. Continue to stir until sauce thickens.

  3. Options: vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, rice vinegar ins tread of white wine vinegar, also dark sesame oil and low sodium soy sauce can be used.
