Clean Eating Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp skimmed milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 4 hard boiled egg whites (diced)
- 1 hard boiled yolk
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- Dash curry powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions

Whip cottage cheese and milk until smooth in a medium size mixing bowl

Blend remaining ingredients except egg whites with the cottage cheese mixture

Add egg whites and mix well
