Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

This is cake is moist, chocolatey, and dripping with delicious chocolate pudding.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
Directions

Combine the flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons cocoa.

Mix in the oil or butter (melted), milk, and vanilla. Stir until combined. Pour into a greased 9×9 pan.

Mix together the brown sugar, white sugar, and cocoa. Sprinkle over cake.

Pour the boiling water over top. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Serve warm or cool.
