Crepes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Cook crepes by 1/4 cups on a greased skillet, swirling the skillet around to spread the batter.

Serve warm with fillings or just with cinnamon sugar.
