Crepes

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Cook crepes by 1/4 cups on a greased skillet, swirling the skillet around to spread the batter.

  3. Serve warm with fillings or just with cinnamon sugar.
