Beef Jerky Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups cubed beef for stew
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Hot Shots (Crushed Red & Black Pepper)

Directions

  1. Stew beef should be thawed, refrigerated, 1/4" – 1/2" cubes. Drained. Measure 2 1/4 cups and place into medium mixing bowl.

  2. Combine all dry seasonings and sprinkle on beef, mixing frequently. Stir until coated completely and evenly.

  3. Add Soy sauce and mix. Let marinade for 2-24 hours.

  4. Place nuggets on dehydrator trays (approximately enough for just under 2 trays) and dry for 2-6 hours on 145 degree (meat/fish) setting.
