Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 C. frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 8-ounce package corn muffin mix
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 C. grated Cheddar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 by 13-inch casserole dish

  2. In a large bowl, stir together the corn, creamed corn, muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter and half of the cheese.

  3. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes; top with the rest of the cheddar and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted. Let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
