Naranjilla Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup naranjilla puree or juice
- 2 tablespoons flour

In a small bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar. Cut in butter well. Pat mixture into a lined 8×8 pan. Bake crust at 350 until lightly browned.

Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in sugar, baking powder, salt, naranjilla juice, and 2 tablespoons flour. Pour into hot crust. Bake until middle is set and edges are browned.

Serve chilled from the freezer. May dust with powdered sugar if desired.
