Stuffed Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 2 slices sprouted bread
  • pinch + 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Handful of berries

Directions

  1. Spread room temperature ricotta on a slice of bread.

  2. Drizzle honey over cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  3. Top with almonds and another slice of bread

  4. Whisk together milk, egg, and cinnamon

  5. Dip bread in egg mix and cook over medium heat until bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted

  6. Serve with berries
