Clean eating smothers mushrooms

Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 Large Portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed.
- 1/2 cup low-sodium salsa
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place mushrooms, upside down on a baking tray and top each with salsa, green onions and cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 10 to12 minutes
