Thick Chocolate Ganache

(from largomason’s recipe box)

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips, which ever you prefer (I use milk choc.)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl, microwave on 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth.
