Ingredients
- 1 finely chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 bunch finely chopped scallions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 pound wonton wrappers
Directions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except the wonton wrappers.

Fill a small glass bowl with water; will be used to moisten fingertips.

Place about a tablespoon of mixture into center of each wonton wrapper.

Run the finger along the edge of two sides.

Fold wrapper into triangle.

Close wet surface to dry surface.

Preheat oil to 350 degrees.

Drop wontons into oil.

Cook until golden brown.

Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

Allow to slightly cool before serving.
