Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1 12 oz. frozen broccoli florets
- 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 lb. jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 jar (24 ounces) favorite spaghetti sauce
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a 13 × 9” baking dish with cooking spray.

Partially cook the broccoli in the microwave. Let cool and chop into small pieces.

Stir the ricotta cheese, broccoli, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt in a medium bowl. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture into each shell.

Spread some of the sauce in prepared baking dish. Place the filled shells on the sauce. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells. Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until it’s hot and bubbling.
