Ingredients
- 1 C. Greek whole milk yogurt
- 1 English cucumber, seeded, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. lemon zest
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. chopped fresh dill
- Kosher salt and black pepper
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Chill.

Serve with pita bread or veggies.

Note: For extra flavor, add some olive oil or some coarsely chopped fresh mint.
