Ingredients
- Two 9 oz. frozen corn or 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
- 1 Can (5 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp Onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Dash Pepper
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

Cook corn according to package directions. Drain.

Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup of cheese.

Mix and pour into greased baking dish.

Toss bread crumbs with butter and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle over corn mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
