Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced small
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp creole seasoning
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked red beans, or 3 cups canned beans, rinsed and drained and add 1/2 more chicken stock
- 3 cups diced lean ham
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 3 cups cooked rice
Directions

Add ingredients into slow cooker.

Cook on high 4-8 hours until beans are dissolved.

Serve hot, topped with rice.
