Ingredients
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup cubed red potato
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1/3 cup barley
Directions

Combine all ingredients into one gallon ziplock bag.

Thaw and then cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.

Add barley 1 hour before serving.
