Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 T flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 2 c milk
  • 4 c tomato juice, heated
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the flour sugar and ΒΌ c milk, stir until smooth. Add the remaining milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Slowly stir in the hot tomato juice until blended. Sprinkle with parsley
