Ingredients
- 2 T flour
- 1 T sugar
- 2 c milk
- 4 c tomato juice, heated
- Chopped fresh parsley
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine the flour sugar and ΒΌ c milk, stir until smooth. Add the remaining milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Slowly stir in the hot tomato juice until blended. Sprinkle with parsley
