Ingredients
- 2 large red potatoes cubed
- 1/3 c cubed velveeta
- 3/4 cup cubed ham (cooked)
- 1 T dried minced onion
- 2/3 c cream of celery soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 t pepper

In a slow cooker, coated with cooking spray, layer the potatoes cheese ham and onion. In a small bowl combine soup and milk, whisk in flour and pepper. Pour over potatoes and cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
