Parmesan Chicken Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lbs chicken breast cut into chunks/strips
- 1/2 cup fat free parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano and basil)
- Cook in 2tbsp hot oil until just browned but not cooked through
- place in greased baking dish
- top with 1&1/2 cups low sugar/sugar free Marinara
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup fat free mozzerella and 1/4 cup fat free parm cheese
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 20min or until chicken is cooked through
- Serves 4

Dip Chicken in Egg.

In a ziplock bag toss chicken in cheese, spices and herbs.

Cook in 2tbsp hot oil until just browned but not cooked through. Place in greased baking dish and top with 1&1/2 cups low sugar/sugar free Marinara. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup fat free mozzerella and 1/4 cup fat free parm cheese.
