Ingredients
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 c uncooked rice
- 1 pkt sazon
- 1/2 can rotel
- 2-2 1/2 cups chicken broth
Directions

Heat oil in sauce pan with lid. Saute garlic 1-2 mins. Stir in rice and saute until golden brown. Add sazon and rotel. Add liquid and bring to a boil. Boil until liquid skims top of rice. Put lid on and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 12-15 mins. Keeping an eye on liquid. Let sit covered for 5 additional mins before serving.
