Smoked Trout & Dill Dip

Not very fishy as there is more dip than fish. For more smoke/fish flavor, DOUBLE the fish.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Smoked Trout (the whole fish - 2 filets)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened (1 pkg)
- 8 oz Sour Cream w/chives (1/2 container)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions, now chop again
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions

Soften cream cheese and combine with all non-fish ingredients. Mix well.

Add smoked trout and fold in.

Serve immediately and/or refrigerate immediately.

Wheat thins (any flavor), Ritz crackers, or Townhouse all go well with this.
