Smoked Trout & Dill Dip

Not very fishy as there is more dip than fish. For more smoke/fish flavor, DOUBLE the fish.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Smoked Trout (the whole fish - 2 filets)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened (1 pkg)
  • 8 oz Sour Cream w/chives (1/2 container)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions, now chop again
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese and combine with all non-fish ingredients. Mix well.

  2. Add smoked trout and fold in.

  3. Serve immediately and/or refrigerate immediately.

  4. Wheat thins (any flavor), Ritz crackers, or Townhouse all go well with this.
