Chocolate puddings with fudge sauce

Ingredients
- 100g self-raising flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 75g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 100ml milk
- 80ml light olive oil
- 2 tbsp roasted chopped hazelnuts

Preheat the oven to 150˚C/fan 130˚C/gas 2.

Grease four individual pudding moulds (at least 180ml). Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, golden syrup, milk and oil. Add to the dry mixture and sitr until smooth. Pour into moulds, put on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.

Run a knife around each pudding and turn out. Pour over the sauce and decorate with nuts.
