Ingredients
- 1 14 ounce can coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
- 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
