Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 1/4 Orange Juice
- 6 small oranges
Directions

Combine milk, whipping cream, and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and freeze 2 hours.

Add orange rind and juice; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened.

TO STORE: Cover tightly and freeze at least 24 hours or up to two weeks.

TO SERVE: Cut off top one-fourth of each orange; discard tops. Carefully scoop out pulp. (Reserve pulp for other uses).

Scoop orange creme into orange cups. Serve immediately
