Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes
- 2-4 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- Paprika
Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

Combine potatoes and milk; mash potatoes

Combine cream cheese and next 5 ingredients in separate bowl, stirring well. Fold into potato mixture. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

NOTE: Mixture can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
