Ingredients
- 2 lb. potatoes
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. cold brie cheese (cubed)
- 4 oz. creme cheese, softened and cubed
- 1/2 Cup half and half
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

Cook potatoes in salted water. Saute garlic & onions in butter or 2 minutes or until softened. Mash potatoes.

Beat in garlic/butter mixture, creme cheese, half & half and salt & pepper.

Fold in Brie cheese.

Put in casserole.

Bake @ 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
