Chicken Alfredo and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 jar Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1/2 C. milk
- 2 1/2 C. cooked white rice
- 2 C. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 C. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 small jar diced pimentos
- 1/4 C. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 T. fresh basil (or 1/2 tsp. dried basil)
- 1 C. soft bread crumbs
- 1 T. butter, melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 1-1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl combine pasta sauce and milk. Stir in rice, chicken, peas, pimentos, almonds, and basil. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir.

Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle atop. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes more or until heated through and crumbs are golden brown.
