Skillet Sirloin Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 T. butter
- Salt and pepper
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 C. sliced shallots or onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 2 T. Worcestershire
- 12 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained

Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper and sauté to desired temperature. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté mushrooms, shallots and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in Alfredo sauce and Worcestershire. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Add steak back to sauce; add sour cream, mix well. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Heat through.

Serve over hot noodles and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
