Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. finely minced red onion
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 average sized mango
- 2 tbs. lime juice
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 salt
- 2 tbs. minced fresh cilantro
Directions

Put the onion in a strainer and pour the water over the onion to soften it. Combine the ingredients.
