  1. Cook rice + p.paruppu = 4:1 + little k.paruppu. Nandraga masikkavum.

  2. Mix milk & jaggery.(Jaggery : 1 = 1½ : 1)

  3. mix 1 and 2 . aduppil vaithu kilaravum. add cashew and raisinsMasala Vadai

  4. Soak k.paruppu for 2hrs & drain the water completely.

  5. Coarse grind with red chillies, cardamom, 2 spoon jeera, perungaayam, ginger, garlic(opt)

  6. mix with onion, cilantro, curry leaves, green chillies(opt)

  7. Deep fry in oil
