Parmesan croutes

Ingredients

  • 1 small baguette, thinly sliced
  • olive oil, to brush
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 25g Parmesan, grated

Directions

  1. Briefly toast the slices under a hot preheated grill on both sides until golden. Brush the baguette slices with oil and rub one side of each slice with garlic, top with Parmesan and grill again until just melted.
