Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions

Mix flour and salt, cut in butter until pea size granules (like pie crust)

Add milk/egg, mix well, turn onto floured surface, roll out about 1/8" thick, cut into strips, add to boiling broth, stirring a little after each is added.

Boil 20-30 minutes or until done.
