Ingredients
- 32 large shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 1 lb)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp chili paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Cooking spray
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.

Seal and shake to coat.

Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.

Prepare grill or broiler.

Remove shrimp from bag, reserving marinade.

Thread 4 shrimp onto each of 8 (12-inch) skewers.

Place kebabs on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

Cook 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done; baste frequently with marinade.
