Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lb fresh haddock or scrod
- 1/2 tsp mesquite flavoring (McCormick’s Grill Masters Mesquite)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup skim evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp butter, cut into 4 thin pats
- Parsley for garnish
Directions

at oven to 325.

Coat a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Sprinkle fish on both sides with the mesquite seasoning, salt and pepper.

Place into the prepared baking dish. Pour evaporated milk over fish; dot with butter.

Bake at 325 for 20-23 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Garnish with parsley – serve immediately.
