Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs large shrimp
- Marinade:
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced chili peppers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp chopped chili pepper
Directions

Marinate peeled and deveined shrimp in marinade ingredients for 1-2 hours.

Thread on skewers.

Barbecue until just pink and curled.

To make sauce, combine mayo and chili pepper.

Serve shrimp with sauce
