Chicken Tetrazini

Mom’s recipe
Can use soup chicken or left-over turkey

Ingredients
- Cooked chicken or turkey, diced
- Large onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lg can evaporated milk, 12 oz.
- Canned mushrooms, 4 oz.
- 2 cups raw spaghetti
- Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

Butter large casserole dish

Cover bottom with cooked chicken or turkey

Saute until soft, one large onion

Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and evaporated milk

Heat until smooth and blended

Add can of mushrooms

Meanwhile, cook 2 cups of raw spaghetti, broken into 2 1/2 inch pieces

Add spaghetti to sauce and mix

Pour over chicken

Top with grated cheddar cheese

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
