Chicken Tetrazini

Can use soup chicken or left-over turkey

Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken or turkey, diced
  • Large onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lg can evaporated milk, 12 oz.
  • Canned mushrooms, 4 oz.
  • 2 cups raw spaghetti
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Butter large casserole dish

  2. Cover bottom with cooked chicken or turkey

  3. Saute until soft, one large onion

  4. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and evaporated milk

  5. Heat until smooth and blended

  6. Add can of mushrooms

  7. Meanwhile, cook 2 cups of raw spaghetti, broken into 2 1/2 inch pieces

  8. Add spaghetti to sauce and mix

  9. Pour over chicken

  10. Top with grated cheddar cheese

  11. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
