Lemon Poppyseed Bread

Cook time: 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
Directions

Grease & flour 2 9×5 loaf pans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat cake, eggs, water, pudding and oil.

Fold in seeds.

Split into pans, and bake 45-60 minutes.

Can be drizzled with powdered sugar/lemon juice glaze.
