Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 10 - 12 6 inch flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 cups salsa
- Shredded Lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Sour Cream
Directions

Brown beef in skillet, drain.

Stir in 1/2 cup salsa, 1/2 cup sauce, & 1 cup cheese. Set aside.

Mix 3/4 cup sauce & chili powder in small bowl.

Rub mixture onto both sides of each tortilla putting wax paper between tortillas.

Spoon about 2 – 3 tbsp of meat mixture into each tortilla. Roll up & place seam side down in greased baking pan.

Pour remaining sauce, salsa, & cheese on top.

Bake 20 – 30 minutes.
