Alma’s Ham

Ingredients
- Hormel Cure 81 or other deli style ham, sliced mediumly thin
- 2 Tbs butter
- 4 Tbs flour
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 beef bouillion cubes
- 6 Tbs prepared mustard, Dijon or Grey Poupon
- 2 Tbs Worchestire sauce
Directions

heat oven to 325 degrees

Blend the butter and flour in a saucepan

Let it brown a little bit

Stir in the boiling water and boullion cubes

Cook until thickened

Add the prepared mustard and worchestire sauce

Put heavy duty aluminum foil in the bottom of a baking dish and set ham in
-
Pour the mustard sauce over the ham and between the slices, and seal the aluminum foil with the ham inside

Bake at 325 for 2 hours
