Alma’s Ham

Ingredients

  • Hormel Cure 81 or other deli style ham, sliced mediumly thin
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 4 Tbs flour
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 beef bouillion cubes
  • 6 Tbs prepared mustard, Dijon or Grey Poupon
  • 2 Tbs Worchestire sauce

Directions

  1. heat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Blend the butter and flour in a saucepan

  3. Let it brown a little bit

  4. Stir in the boiling water and boullion cubes

  5. Cook until thickened

  6. Add the prepared mustard and worchestire sauce

  7. Put heavy duty aluminum foil in the bottom of a baking dish and set ham in

  8. Pour the mustard sauce over the ham and between the slices, and seal the aluminum foil with the ham inside

  9. Bake at 325 for 2 hours
