Ingredients
- 1/2 lb macaroni
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions

eheat oven to 400.

Put 4 quarts cold water in large pot and boil.

Sprinkle macaroni into boiling water and cook 10 minutes.

To make the sauce, melt margarine over medium heat, stir in flour with a whisk.

Add milk and cook, stirring constantly with the whisk, until it is slightly thickened with no lumps.

Remove from heat, stir in 1 tsp salt, pepper, mustard and cheese.

Drain the macaroni and place in greased casserole dish.

Pour sauce over and bake for 20 minutes.
