Ingredients
- 1 pd ground turkey
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1/4 c finely chopped celery
- 1 can (29 oz) tomato sauce
- 2-1/2 c tomato juice
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (12 oz) tomato paste
- 2 t sugar
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1/2 t pepper
- 4 bay leaves
- Spaghetti
- Grated parm cheese
Directions

In large skillet, cook meat onion and celery over medium heat until no longer pink. In slow cooker, combine tomato sauce, juice, tomatoes, paste, sugar, seasonings and meat mixture. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs until heated through. Discard bay leaves. Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese
