Ingredients
- 1 pd small red potatoes, cubed
- Large onion chopped
- Large carrot chopped
- 3 c water
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 t each minced fresh thyme, basil and parsley
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t crushed red peppers
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 c frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 c (4 oz) shredded Havarti cheese
Directions

Place potatoes, onion carrot and garlic in crock pot. Add water soup and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Cover and cook for 30 minutes more or until the broccoli is tender.
