Chicken with Veggies and Olives

Ingredients
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breats, cut into chunks
- Flour
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Fresh mushrooms
- Black olives
- Onions
- Green pepper and red pepper
Directions

Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to flour

Dredge chicken pieces in the flour

Melt 1/2 stick of butter, and 1/4 cup of olive oil in frying pan

Brown the chicken pieces about 10 to 15 minutes, until no longer pink

In separate pan, saute in butter the chunks of onion, peppers, mushrooms, and black olives

When softened, but still crispy, pour one pan into the other and heat well

Mix and serve
