Italian Chicken

Elegant but easy

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts on the bone
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup of white wine
  • Mushrooms, fresh or canned
  • Green olives, stuffed with pimentos
  • Black olives
  • Fresh parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a baking dish

  2. Add the chicken breasts, seasoned with the salt through the garlic salt

  3. Cook for about 1/2 hour basting half way

  4. Add 3/4 cup of white wine, mushrooms, and olives

  5. Continue to cook for additional 1/2 hour to hour, basting, until chicken is done

  6. Add the parmesan cheese before serving
