Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Maria (tea) Biscuits crushed
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened descicated coconut
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • extra coconut for rolling

Directions

  1. Crush the biscuits

  2. Place crushed biscuits in a glass mixing bowl

  3. Add coconut and cocoa powder mix to incorporate well

  4. Slowly pour the condensed milk into dry mixture stirring with a spatula.

  5. Scrape sides as you mix.

  6. Mixture should begin to come together as a ball. With melon baller take scoops of mix and roll into balls. Roll evenly into extra descicated coconut to coat.

  7. Serve immediately or place in airtight container – keeps for a week in pantry.
