- Beef Brisket
- Onion
- Salt & Pepper
- Whole Garlic
- Bay Leaves
Directions

Set oven at 325

Cut slits in meat and insert garlic slices

Add diced onion on top

Add cup of water

Add salt and pepper
-
Add 2-3 bay leaves

Cover and cook for about 3 hours or until fork tender
